B Shift responded to a unique vehicle crash today involving a vehicle and a building.  The vehicle was being worked on by the owner who was lying in the floorboards when somehow the truck took off in reverse.  After becoming lodged in the neighbors livingroom the rear tires continued to spin leaving the air full of black smoke.  This prompted the neighbors whose houses were still intact to call 911 and report a structure fire. 

Engine18 arrived on scene and investigated the situation.  All other responding units were cancelled, thankfully no one was injured.
